The Transgender Movement:
What Catholics Need to Know
Monday, March 27, 2023 | 7:00pm-9:00pm
At Christ King Parish
2646 N. Swan Blvd. Wauwatosa, WI 53226
Topic Overview
The Gospel reveals that the human person is made in the "image and likeness of God." There is an integral unity of body and soul that is fundamental to each human person. In opposition to the truths of the Catholic faith, "gender ideology" has been increasing throughout broader society. This presentation is being offered to Catholics looking to understand more about "gender ideology."
Who is this for?
This presentation is for Catholics (18 years or older) who are wanting to learn more about what the Church teaches about the human person and how we can best respond to "gender ideology." Whether you are a concerned parent or grandparent, have a friend or family member experiencing the effects of gender ideology, or are looking to learn more, this presentation is open for you to attend.
About Our Presenters
Mary Hasson, J.D. and Theresa Farnan, Ph.D. are part of the the Person and Identity Project (PIP) whose mission is to assist the Catholic Church in promoting the Catholic vision of the human person and responding to the challenges of gender ideology.
